Dear Mr. Kelly:
I pray that you received the letter that I sent you on October 12, 2017. If you did not receive it, I pray that your staff will ensure that you will receive it today. Please find attached a copy of three letters; one letter I wrote to Attorney General Sessions and the other letter I wrote to President Trump, both letters are dated November 3, 2017. I also enclosed a copy a letter date December 27, 2016, addressed to President Elect Trump. The letter to Attorney General Sessions is in fact an inquiry of the Administration’s and the Attorney General’s resolve to ensure the safety of the Public while they support the police.
The inquiry covers a number of concerns. This report should be safe guarded to ensure that it is not leaked to the media because it should not be used politically. In the wrong hands, it can bring harm and it will make it even more difficult to address these very serious problems. The findings require immediate attention of both President Trump and the Attorney General. I ask that you review this communication and ensure that it reaches the attention of President Trump. A letter was sent to President Trump directly. It is important President Trump take note of these findings, and then make adjustments as appropriate.
We offer suggestions to President Trump to help him look at Police and Public safety from a different vantage point. I also shared lessons learned from my professional experiences when I was in the military addressing human relations concerns in the midst of the racial unrest and upheavals during the seventies and eighties. I worked Social Actions in the Air Force for more than 16 years. I helped commanders address some very serious race relation problems.
As I conducted the inquiry, I clearly understand how the divide in this nation is being facilitated. One of the sources of the divide is what President Trump calls “Fake News.” Surely, he can call it “Fake News.” However, it is really part of Psychological Warfare; it must be identified as such and the leadership and people must understand what we are dealing with. God said: A nation divided against itself shall not stand. General Kelly, you are thoroughly familiar with Psychological Warfare, it is imperative that the leadership recognize what is going on and work to bring it to an end. One of the best ways to address this when dealing with the media instead of calling it “Fake News” is to point out what they are doing. Below is an example of one of the techniques the media is employing.
A reporter conducts an interview and asks a question. The interviewee responds: AAA, BBB, CCC, and DDD. The reporter only includes AAA and DDD in his/her story as comments made by the interviewee. BBB and CCC are not included in the reporter’s story because these comments do not support the reporter’s agenda. General Kelly, this is happening far too often. Consequently, you have to search more than one source to discover the truth. Many do not understand that this is a systematic way to ensure that the divide is kept alive. Jesus said that a nation divided against itself shall not stand. We are surely in a state of crisis.
General Kelly, surely there is a lot on President Trump’s plate; however I know beyond a doubt I have shared information to help the Administration address the serious problem of ensuring Public Safety while supporting the Police. If this problem is not properly addressed, law enforcement officers will kill more innocent people and even more police officers will be killed. Moreover, it could even lead to racial riots in various cities across the nation because the problem has come to a climax, especially in the black communities. There is a model that is used to determine the probability of a racial incident, however today that model cannot be used because conditions have reach a climax.
General Kelly, if you have not received the letter that I sent you on October 12, 2017 ask your staff for it. It is important that President Trump take advantage of the communications that I sent him. On December 27, 2016, I sent him a letter when he was President Elect. That communication was a very comprehensive communication; nearly every major concern that President Trump is addressing is covered in that communication. Listen carefully, General Kelly, if you read that letter you will clearly understand that God has directed me to do this work. If President Trump fails to adhere to this counsel, he will make the same type of mistakes that President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama made in addressing terrorism. The President must understand that we cannot win this war with our military might. He also must understand that more sanctions on North Korea or war are not the answers to end this conflict. Moreover, he must understand the Way of the Lord in the name of JESUS.
General Kelly, and the President, and the Nation are in our prayers.
