GOD'S STRATEGIC BATTLE PLAN | The Church Must Regain Its Focus The hour is late. The warnings have been given. The Church must regain its focus. The Church must understand the battle. Jesus said: "And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." (Matthew 16:18 KJV) Yet Daniel was shown a time when the beast would prevail against the saints: "I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them." (Daniel 7:21 KJV) "And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High..." (Daniel 7:25 KJV) Has this already happened? If so, how does the Church turn the battle to the gate? Isaiah 28 provides a remarkable answer. "In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people, And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate."
