Dear President Biden:
I pray in the name of JESUS that you will stop and take time out and read this letter, enclosures, and watch this video before you take another action regarding the war between the Ukraine and Russia. I am writing you again at the direction of GOD in the name of JESUS. JESUS said that there is no prophet accepted in his own country; surely, I will not be accepted here in the United States, however my job is to warn the leadership at the direction of GOD in the name of JESUS. Therefore, I have been warning the leadership since 9/11. As of this date the leadership has not adhered to counsel of GOD. Consequently, the United States is on the pathway to destruction. JESUS said every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand. Surely, America is a divided nation. Moreover, the leadership of America does not fear GOD based on the precepts of GOD.
As a Prophet to the Nation, I asked GOD to show me something to come so you will know that He sent me with this warning. In a dream last week, GOD showed me a fire, it appeared to be some type of commercial business. There was a hole in the roof and there was smoke coming out. I was standing with others, there were residential houses where we were standing. Next, we heard explosions in the building, and we all had to take cover. Then I awoke from the dream. I believe I was in the United States. This will happen soon – this is one of the ways that you will know that GOD sent me. However, I am not writing you about this event for you to take action to prevent it; however, I only share this to let you know that GOD has sent me with this warning regarding the nation.
Moreover, I had a dream about four weeks ago – I believe I was in the United States. There was an exercise being conducted and people had to go to certain buildings for shelter. However, in the dream I can recall that I was not concerned about being sheltered. I woke up from the dream before an “All Clear” was given. I understand what this means. We must work for an “All Clear.” The direction that we are headed will lead to more destruction. Attacking President Putin character will not resolve this crisis. Today, we all can clearly see Russia destroying the Ukraine with its military might. Surely, this is wicked in the eyes of GOD and in the eyes of people around the world. President Biden, as you know this is a Proxy War!
GOD knows everything. President Putin and you understood this at the conclusion of the discussion that you had with President Putin before the invasion. So, an agreement was made regarding this proxy war – certain terms were agreed to. However, Mr. President, neither one of you thought that the war would last this long. Both of you underestimated the resolve of the President of Ukraine and the will of the people in Ukraine.
Now you are pointing your fingers at President Putin as if the United States is the peace maker and had nothing to do with what is happening in Ukraine today. However, Mr. President, GOD sees and knows everything. On February 14, 2014, at the direction of GOD in the name of JESUS, I wrote President Barack Obama regarding the Way of the LORD in the name of JESUS. Some of the things that were addressed were America’s Babylonia actions, acting as a hammer of the world, shedding innocent blood, sowing discord among brethren and interfering with the affairs of other governments. Moreover, in that communication the actions of The Under-secretary of State for Europe, Victoria Nuland’s comments regarding Ukraine was noted and President Obama was warned.
In addition to the letter that I wrote to President Obama on February 14, 2014, I wrote him again on March 12, 2014, and address several subjects that still confront us today. I shared how the United States was not operating in the Way of the LORD in the name of JESUS. The things that GOD hate was explained to him. Moreover, it was explained how the United States has sowed discord in Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Syria, Morocco, and Ukraine. Counsel was provided to President Obama regarding our activities in Ukraine and how to prevent war with Russia and the United States at that time. I pray that you will read the referenced communications.
President Biden, you know what happened in 2014! Below is a summation:
In 2014, Under-secretary of State, Victoria Nuland sowed discord among the people in Ukraine. In 2014, Under-secretary of State, Victoria Nuland was not concerned about the support of the EU - she made her disposition clear. She said forget about the EU – However, she did not say it like that – it is not appropriate for me to speak the profane word that she said. The President of Ukraine was forced out of office when some people rebelled against the President. It is reported in November 2013, Nuland made known her support for the rebels and it is said that she brought them cookies. Moreover, in 2014, she was working with the rebels to help determine who would be interim President of Ukraine before the duly elected President fled to Russia. Consequently, the United States of America supported the rebels who overthrew the government, and the duly elected President of Ukraine was forced to flee the country. Under-secretary of State Victoria Nuland sowed discord among the people in Ukraine; GOD sees this action as an abomination. Surely, in 2014 there was a civil war in Ukraine. There were some who supported the alignment with Russia, and some were opposed this alignment. The United States supported the ones who overthrew the government who were opposed to the alignment with Russia.
Both you and President Putin were aware of this wickedness! GOD knows it all. It is unfortunate today that the United States is using the people of Ukraine to engage in this war with Russia. President Putin knows the United States’ agenda. It is unfortunate that the leadership of the United States has not adhered to the counsel of GOD in the name of JESUS. President Biden, today you are pointing fingers at President Putin as being the only evil person in this military action. GOD knows it all - As a Prophet of GOD, I have been commanded to convey this warning. You must work for an all clear; your current activities will not lead to an all clear.
Yes President Biden, you must work for an all clear. Remember this is a proxy war! The United States is not actually in the ring! Russia calls it a special operation. However, the real war is between the United States and Russia. Even if the fighting between Russia and the Ukraine should end now – there is not an all clear between the United States and Russia. If you want an all clear on your watch, it is imperative that you work to that end. As I mentioned to President Obama in 2014, instead of looking forward to the next election it is up to you shift the focus and address the here and now.
There must be a plan to address all these ills here in America and pave the way to secure the future of the nation. Here is how to reach these desired outcomes. First you must fear God and understand His ways. Then repent and have love for the truth. Surely, God will guide you through this process. For God has provided you with counsel throughout your presidency – however most of the counsel has been ignored. Mr. President, it is important to understand that God is real – For it is God that has commanded me to share with you. Listen to how God applies His judgment to nations.
God explains in Jeremiah 18:7-10 how He applies His judgment to nations. “At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; of that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; if it do evil in my sight, that obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.”
I realize that I will never be accepted in the United States. Moreover, there are some who want to silent me. Nevertheless, GOD has called me to this Office of One of His Prophets to the Nation. President Biden, you may not have heard of me; however, I have written you five times since you have been President. I am retired military; I retired in 1989. In 2001, GOD showed me 9/11 before it happened – my life has not been the same since. I wrote President George W. Bush, and all revelations have come to past. I wrote President Barack Obama more than 30 times – all revelations have come to fruition. I wrote President Trump over 20 times – all revelations have come to pass.
President Biden, I have enclosed three of the letters that I sent to President Obama that address the Babylonia’s posture of the United States and the concerns regarding the Under-secretary of State Victoria Nuland’s actions in Ukraine in 2014. I have also enclosed a copy of a video that show the way of the LORD in the name of JESUS and how the United States is walking outside of the counsel of GOD. Frankly, Mr. President we are on the brink of a nuclear war! Praise GOD, GOD has not revealed to me a nuclear war; however, I know that there were exercises going on. I do not expect you to receive me, however I am praying in the name of JESUS that someone within your administration has the gift of wisdom that will give you sound advise to change this course of action. Moreover, I am praying for the leadership of Ukraine and the Ukrainians, the people separatists in Ukraine, and the leadership of Russia and the people. Moreover, I am praying that truth will go forth and you, Mr. President, will adhere to the counsel of GOD in the name of JESUS.
