Dear Mr. Boehner:
Please find enclosed a copy of the communications that we sent to President Obama requesting him to declare the Month of August the National Month of Repentance for the Christians in the United States of America. We were prayerful that the President would make this declaration by executive order. However, as of this date we have not heard from the President. Therefore, we are turning our attention to Congress for help.
Christians are crying out all over the country for the repentance of this nation. They have posted sermons, articles have been written, published, and posted; special videos have been produced, special teachings on the ways of the Lord and “Revelation Knowledge” have been shared in love. It would be very sad day in America, if Christians have to go to Congress and seek the passage of a bill to declare August 2012 as a National Month of Repentance for the people who love God. On the other hand, an executive order was signed by the President declaring June as LGBT Pride Month. Surely, we must pray for this nation.
Our formal request was sent to the President on June 20, 2012; a copy of the referenced letter is enclosed. We sent a follow-up letter on July 7, 2012. We have enclosed a brochure that gives an overview of the month. We have also enclosed a copy of a letter dated October 4, 2011 that we sent to President Obama and all the candidates at that time that had expressed the aspiration of becoming President. This communication contains some of the inclusive ways of the Lord. A special website has also been launched that consolidate the efforts of many and help facilitate this movement of God to help effect healing of the land. Surely, this is a short notice to get Congress’s involvement. Nevertheless, we are looking for God fearing leaders to help us return this nation back to God. We request your immediate assistance in declaring August 2012 as a National Month of Repentance For The United States of America. We thank you in advance for your assistance.
