Dear Mr. President:
Reference my letter dated October 24, 2016, I shared the revelation with you about a crisis in Latin America. I explained in a dream, I was in Latin America, I was talking to someone and he explained to me that the people were dying because there was chlorine gas in the air. This event regarding the Chlorine gas happened in Latin America on November 9, 2016. According to the news report it happened in Venezuela.

Although I shared this revelation with you, however this was not the focus of the communication. I shared with you that I was convinced that on October 1, 2016 there were two teens killed in Los Angeles, California at 107th Street and Western Avenue by the LAPD. The LAPD has covered up the killing of one of the teens. The LAPD claimed that there was only one teen killed, his name was Carnell Snell and he had a gun. However, they are covering up the fact that they shot two teens and they have altered the video to support their version. I strongly recommend that you direct the Justice Department to investigate this cover up of the killing of an innocent man. Here is another lead that can assist in the investigation. The death of Ellis Edgar Calvin III, a 21 year-old black male this could be a missing link.
According to this article regarding the death of Ellis Edgar Calvin III – there was a radio call of two shooting victims inside a business. However, I could not find any news story of this incident – who was the other shooting victim. The release below is an exact copy of what was posted on line. Please note Carnell Snell Jr. was also listed in this account. I realize that the internet may bring forth unrelated information.
The information indicates that the shooting of Calvin was at 1200 block of West 109th Street. Please click onto the “Black – The Homicide Report – Los Angeles Times” As I scrolled down the listing I did not notice any record of any other person that was killed at this location or on this date.

Mr. President, the Police are killing innocent people across this nation and they are covering it up. This has been going on far too long in this nation. I first made this observation back in the mid 90’s while in LA. Today it is at a crisis state because people are tired of the failure of the system not holding the police accountable, consequently now there are some people killing the police. There are real solutions to this problem, however the leadership must listen and effect the much needed change.
Mr. President, I have been making recommendations on how to improve police and community relations since 1991 but to no avail. This is your watch – today it is in a state of crisis. However, there are real solutions; Mr. President this is still your watch. I pray that you will take action now and investigate the LAPD actions on October 1, 2016 when Carnell Snell was killed. I will not share this information regarding the LAPD action on October 1, 2016 with the public at this time because it would lead to more chaos in the streets of Los Angeles. However, it is your responsible as President of the United States to ensure that this injustice is addressed. I look forward to direction action by you.
Here is a concern that I will release to the public; The Revelation that I shared with you on August 16, 2016. The Revelation - This dream represented the state of the government. People are complacent and the foundation needs to be swept clean. There is a need for new leadership to change the current state of the government and the mindset of the workers. The people have spoked – Mr. Donald Trump has won – the election is over. It is your responsibility to support this transfer of power. In the past, you have declared that Mr. Trump was unqualified to be president of the United States; I shared with you God’s litmus test. Based on America’s policies and standards, Donald Trump meets the test and if he receives the People’s votes – he is then elected as President of the United States. As I have mentioned before, surely, you have your own litmus test for Donald Trump. I asked you did you have one for Hilary Clinton! I also explained that you created a litmus test for Bashar – al-Assad, the President of Syria and declared that he had to go and you began to work to remove him. Thus you helped to create the chaos in Syria; the United States sowed discord among brethren. Now it is apparent that you are using your Office as President of the United States to undermine the transfer of a smooth transition of power to Donald Trump. Surely, you have said it should be a smooth transfer of power, however, some of your actions and counsel aboard indicates otherwise.
Mr. President, here is another revelation that God has revealed to me; shortly this will come to pass. On November 21, 2016 God took me in the spirit to the Country of Turkey. I was near or on Incirlik Air Base. I do not understand exactly what was going on, however I remember the Country was in a state of turmoil. When this happens you will know that God has revealed this to me. It will happen very soon, within a few weeks.
Mr. President, you are still President of the United States of America. The chaos that we see in America you have a direct responsibility to manage it; this is still your watch. Mr. President, your past comments have helped to create this breeding ground for hostility. Today, your current actions and disposition of encouraging protesters are adding fuel to the fire. President Obama, the future of America is not about your legacy – If there is hope for the future of America – America must repent and the leadership must learn to fear God based on the precepts of God in the name of Jesus. Mr. President, I pray that you will work now to help ensure that there is a smooth transition of power - it only takes one significant event to trigger Martial Law throughout the Nation.
