President Donald Trump
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, D. C. 20500
Dear President Trump
I pray in the name of JESUS that you have received the letters that I wrote you on February 7, 2025, and March 7, 2025. Besides these two letters, I also wrote to you on March 1, 2025, however the letter was returned because the package was damaged, and the address label adhesive failed. It is imperative that you receive the counsel that was contained in that communication. This letter contains the substance of the text. However, today, GOD wants you to know that you must continue to work for an all clear in the proxy war between Ukraine and Russia. President Trump, GOD wants you to understand, because of your love of money, you have become side-tracked by focusing on a mineral deal. President Trump, you did not create this proxy war between Ukraine and Russia. President Trump, you understand what happened doing President Obama’s and President Biden’s administration that helped to facilitate this crisis. Now, we are on the brink of a nuclear war. Today, we are bombing Yemen without provocation; again, under President Obama’s administration, the United States helped create the problem in Yemen.
President Trump, it is imperative that you understand that we have been and are currently warring against the righteousness of GOD; the United States of America cannot win this war. If America continues to conduct its affairs like ancient Babylon, GOD will continuously bring destruction to the United States. It is important to understand that GOD is bringing forth these destructive storms and control them as one would by hand. Today, people in the United States after receiving storm damage, rebuild and then GOD brings forth more destructive storms. And this happens over and over again. The United States has put its trust in our military might and has been acting as a hammer, like ancient Babylon. President Trump, GOD has established standards as how He deals with the images of Babylon. Moreover, America is also divided within itself. If this does not change, according to the word of GOD, America will be destroyed. President Trump, this could happen on our watch. I pray in the name of JESUS, that your Christian advisors understand this and are not coward-soldiers, and they will explain the way of the LORD in the name of JESUS to you.
In the letter that I sent you on March 1, 2025, I wrote to you to help prevent a long hot period of chaos and unrest. However, today, the breeding ground for racial tension and unrest within the United States is apparent. One of the factors that is feeding this hostile climate is your end of the Federal support to all diversity programs. Moreover, when you fired General Charles Q. Brown, President Trump, you did not let the public know the real reasons you fired him. Today, it is still not clear whether you fired him because of his support of the homosexual and transgender agenda or for his resolve to dismantle “white boys club” in the military leadership; and for his resolve to create opportunities for qualified minority candidates in career fields and promotion with the military. President Trump, the public still needs to understand your stance on equal opportunity treatment for the people within the United States. President Trump there are some things you need to understand regarding why some diversity programs are necessary.
On a side note, take a closer look at President Cyril Ramaphosa’s action in South Africa. It is being reported that he introduced a new law seeking to address land ownership disparities – which have left three-quarters of privately owned land in South Africa in the hands of the white minority – by making it easier for the state to expropriate land. It appears that you disagree with his decision. Well, is it fair that white people who are 7.3 percent of the population own 75 percent of the private land? Well, President Trump, you may not see a problem; however, the President of South Africa sees this as a problem. What are the causes of this landownership disparities? President Trump, addressing this problem is not your call. It is imperative for you to address the disparities in (1) career fields, (2) education opportunities, (3) wealth distribution, (4) and the concerns of the public regarding your executive orders to end support of diversity programs in the United States.
The ending of all federal support of diversity programs and the firing of General Brown have led to a perception of discrimination. Point 66 on page 163 of the enclosed book: The Power Pack: 101 Points to Social and Economic Justice explains the consequences of the perception of discrimination and what happens when it is not promptly addressed. President Trump, if you fail to address this concern, the racial climate will become even more hostile.
Moreover, you have not received sound advice before issuing this executive order to end all federal support of diversity programs in the United States. President Trump, I am an expert in the field of human relations; there is a need for some diversity programs in America. Surely, the homosexual agenda and the transgender agenda should have never been placed under the umbrella for DEI. President Trump, I am also a prophet of GOD in the name of JESUS. During your past administration, I wrote you at the direction of GOD over 20 times and all revelations have come to fruition. Those communications are posted on our website.
President Trump, listen carefully, GOD has not directed me to release this letter to the public. I will only release this letter to the public at the direction of GOD in the name of JESUS. Therefore, this letter can be viewed as counselling to a “Brother in Christ,” the President of the United States, a leader of people, someone who needs to learn how to fear GOD based on His precepts. President Trump, I watched your first cabinet meeting on February 26, 2025. Now I understand why action is being taken to reduce the federal work force and the financial state of the nation. Most Americans did not watch this meeting, and they do not understand. You cannot depend on the media to inform them. You must continue to address the nation and keep the people informed regarding the financial state of the nation and the actions being taken to return to financial stability.
Now, I would like to return to the discussion of ending federal support to all diversity programs. Again, this is personal counsel from GOD in the name of JESUS. Listen carefully, KJV James 1:8 says: “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” In the first letter that I sent you, dated December 2016, I explained that GOD has called you to sweep things clean. Therefore, GOD does not see you as a double-minded man. However, there is something terribly wrong. Allow me to explain.
In your inaugural address, you honored Dr. Martin Luther King Day and declared that you would work to ensure Dr. King’s dream becomes a reality. However, hours later, you signed an executive order to end Federal support of all diversity programs. The order was immediately executed. When the order was executed the Federal support of all diversity programs ended to include Federal support of Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Pacific Asian Heritage Month, diversity training, and affirmative action programs. Later, it is reported that you support Black History Month. Surely, these messages appear to be coming from a person with a double mind.
GOD knows everything. Surely, you did not read and understand the details that were written in this executive order. Therefore, implementation of this order may not have been exactly what you had on your mind. However, the public does not know what you really mean. GOD knows! Now it is apparent that you did not know the actual content of some of these executive orders and there were other contributors, with the mindset of Russel Vought. The truth of this matter will come to light. You must now ensure that the public knows what your real intentions are to help end this state of confusion.
As I mentioned in the letter that I sent you on February 7, 2025, there is still a need for affirmative action and some diversity programs. President Trump, discrimination is discrimination. No diversity programs should be executed in a way that discriminates against individuals as being reported in the case of the white air traffic controllers. President Trump, it is of utmost importance that you understand that there is psychological warfare designed to prevent equal opportunity and treatment for the people in the United States. I would like to direct your attention to Point 1, of the enclosed book. This point is titled: “Ending Psychological Warfare and Racial Discrimination.” This will give you more insight into what has been going on in America to help create the divide and how this warfare has also impacted your conclusion regarding your desire to end diversity programs.
Prior to affirmative action programs in our military, blacks were often passed over in promotion cycles; and they received more of the unfavorable things i.e. disciplinary actions, and less than honorable discharges. In the Air Force, a discharge was created called a “character behavior disorder.” Most of these discharges were given to blacks because of their complaints and concerns about an unfair system. Through diversity programs these conditions were addressed, and affirmation action programs were created that opened the doors. Besides opening doors for blacks, doors were opened for women, veterans, and the poor, to include poor white males in rural America. It is important to review the data and reconsider this executive order that ended all DEI programs.
I also mentioned that you could benefit from watching the video titled: “From Montgomery to Memphis.” Moreover, based on comments that you made about seven months ago, President Trump, it is apparent that you could use some training in race relations. Surely, this is hard to hear; however, it is imperative that you take time and listen!
Listen carefully, about nine months ago you stated that the migrants were taking black jobs. What are black jobs? Mr. President, this is a very serious problem because this is the same mindset that many white people had about black people during the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. Within the military reflected what was happening in the civilian sector. Blacks were highly concentrated in the manual labor field i.e. cooks, supply, roads and grounds. However, for the highly technical careers the doors were closed. Some whites think that blacks are inferior to whites and are not capable of performing certain jobs.
Today, many hold fast to the conclusion reached in 1994, in a study by Richard Herrnstein and Charles Murray, the authors of the “Bell Curve”. They concluded that Black Americans are inferior to White and Japanese Americans in respect to the Intelligence Quotient (IQ).
Herrnstein and Murray are like a few other psychologists, who contend that a person’s innate ability limits improvement and argue that compensatory education has not been successful. President Trump, it appears that you have embraced their conclusion. On the other hand, (1) there are other psychologists who realize the limitations of the data and faulty premise which lead to the misinterpretation (2) or an unjustified comparison, (3) or unaware or uninformed of other factors. Therefore, there are other psychologists who agree that a person’s intelligence level is determined by both heredity and environment. Some believe that the environmental factor is most important and consequently the intelligence test scores reflect social, economic, and cultural influences in addition to innate ability.
President Trump, as long you embrace the conclusion that blacks are inferior to whites. blacks will not receive fair and equal treatment under your watch as President of the United States. And the promise that you made to work to help make Dr. King’s dream a reality is an empty promise.
Mr. President, on February 4, 2017, and November 3, 2017, I wrote you and informed you that you were due a one on one course in race relations. Today, May 15, 2025, this training is still needed. President Trump, Point 67, on page 165 of the enclosed book is titled: Making Human Relations Training Mandatory for the Work Place. I have included a Mini Human Relations Lesson on Discrimination within this text.
President Trump, if you read the Mini Human Relations Lesson, within five minutes you will gain more insight regarding discrimination, and how to recognize and prevent it. And you will agree, this knowledge is more than you have learned over the span of your broad experience as a businessman and President of the United States. President Trump, to go forth to Make America Great Again, you need this training, now.
Prior to affirmative actions, there were many enlisted blacks who retired in the rank of E-5. Under affirmative action, the promotion system was changed to a weighed promotion system based on merits to include test scores. Prior to affirmative action programs in the military, the climate on our military bases was very hostile. President Trump, it is important that you understand that the United States military experienced the same type of racial incidents on our bases throughout the world as the civil sector of America. This happened because people were treated unfairly because of the color of their skin.
During this period there were many whites who thought that they did not need race relations training. In 1971, there was a major racial incident at Travis Air Force Base that made national news. However, throughout our military, there were the same type of incidents that the civil sector was experiencing. After these wide-spread incidents, the Secretary of Defense and the leadership of each branch of the military understood the need for these diversity programs.
On the onset of the race relations training within our military, every person within our military had to go through a 21-hour course in race relations. This course was needed because it gave the attendees a real opportunity to look at themselves and discover how deep-seated racism was within them because of their socialization. In addition to race relations training, there were individuals who trained to work for the senior installation commanders to address equal opportunity complaints, concerns, and prevent racial incidents from happening on our military bases.
President Trump, I was one of those individuals who worked with commanders and supervisors at every level. I was an expert in the field of Social Actions for more than 16 years. During my career, I worked with hundreds of commanders and supervisors to help resolve complex human relations problems and prevent crises. Ending these programs today, makes a mockery of the works of many to ensure that military members were treated fairly as they worked to ensure that the people of the United States were protected. I have enclosed a copy of my DD 214 that reflects my work in this field. Mr. President, you have been ill-advised to end these programs. On a side note, it is like watching only CNN to become informed of who you are and your accomplishments. Surely, you will agree that this would be ill-advised to expect a fair assessment of you and your accomplishments from CNN.
I began working in the field of Social Actions in 1973; in 1976, I was hand-picked to go to England AFB in Louisiana after the base commander’s car and the wing commander’s car were firebombed and after an incident where a black staff sergeant had taken over the command post. Part of my primary role was to take measures to help prevent these types of incidents from happening on the military bases that I was assigned to. Point 95 of the enclosed book highlights the responsibility of the role I played. After two weeks on the base, the root of the problems became clear.
There was the mindset of the “Good Ole Boys Network” operating on the base. I briefed the senior installation comander of my findings; there were even members of the Social Actions Office who were part of the “Good Ole Boys Network.” President Trump, listen carefully, there was a white captain, who was the Chief of Social Actions at England AFB at the time. Within two weeks of my arrival on base, I questioned the actions of the captain. I asked the captain: Why did he earlier tell this black sergeant “this” and later, he told another black sergeant “that” about the same type of concern. The captain said to me, “You just have to tell them something.”
President Trump, I ask that you review the letter that I wrote you on March 30, 2017. Besides the warning of being lifted up in pride, I shared with you that there were racial incidents within our military and the hostile climate therein. At that time, GOD was revealing to me the state of our human relations climate that needed to be addressed. Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth expressed the resolve to treat everyone in the department with respect and fairness. However, what he does not realize this cannot be done with the “good ole boys club” that is rooted within the system. It must be dismantled; it sounds good to express the resolve to treat everyone with respect, however those words are not enough. During the 70’s and 80’s we worked toward that end to ensure that equal opportunity and treatment was throughout the military. President Trump, in the referenced letters, it shows that something has gone wrong.
It is reported that the Pentagon team was tasked with investigating racial disparities within the military justice system and released a report in May 2022. Deputy Secretary of Defense, Kathleen Hicks revealed there were significant racial disparities with the military justice and investigative system. This problem is not confined to military justice; however, our justice system has failed. On November 3, 2017, I shared with you a report that I wrote to Attorney General Sessions, (The referenced letter and report are posted on our website) President Trump, I pray in the name of JESUS that you will not dismiss the report of Deputy Secretary of Defense, Kathleen Hicks of 2022, that called on the Defense Department to counter issues of inequality, and revisit the communication that I sent you on November 3, 2017.
President Trump, during your past administration, at GOD’s direction, I wrote you more than 20 times; you did not adhere to the warnings. I have just shared copies of those letters with your Chief of Staff. This is an opportunity to bring things in order. I pray that the one who is reading this communication will take time out and visit our website and see the communications that were sent to you during your last administration. The website is www.revelationtotheminute.org. (Surely, there are already actions being taken to hide this counsel of GOD from His people. GOD says “Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? And who knoweth us?” Isaiah 29:15)
President Trump, the comments you made regarding working to bring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream a reality and the executive order to end all support of Diversity Programs reminds me of the captain’s remarks at England AFB. Surely, this is hard to hear, however, it must be said. I can express this because I understand it takes intestinal fortitude to speak truth. President Trump, here is another indicator of some deep-seated issues. About nine months ago you made the comments regarding the migrants were taking “black jobs.” President Trump, this is a real problem! If you truly understand that blacks are capable to work in any career field, this stereotype classifying those jobs as black jobs would not have been uttered from your lips. This is hard to hear. Again, this communication is not for publication.
It is unfortunate, that today, you as President of the United States has expressed this mindset of many whites during the 60’s and 70’s. President Trump, this is hard for you to hear, however, you must understand this. President Trump, this is not for condemnation; however, it is imperative that you understand this.
President Trump, GOD has chosen you to sweep things clean because America was going in the wrong direction; I have written you over 20 times. Surely, you may have never personally seen any of those communications. Although, I received several communications back from you with your signature. I pray in the name of JESUS, that the person who is reading this letter would have the intestinal fortitude to pass this on to you! President Trump, you must explain to the people what you mean when you say “MAGA.” Some people hear that you want to establish the “Good Ole Boys Network!” Some welcome this mindset!
This is a mindset that closed the doors for many to enter certain career fields! It took affirmative action to open these doors. The objective of the affirmative action programs was not to hire unqualified people; however, it was to open the doors for people who were qualified to enter those careers that were closed to them because of the color of their skin, sex, religion, or national origin. As I mentioned in the past communication, the civil rights legislation was not designed to cover the homosexual agenda or the transgender agenda. President Trump, as I mentioned to you in the letter that I sent you on February 7, 2025, you cannot take a helicopter ride and see the damages of racism in America. However, you can receive an intelligence briefing on how blacks were impacted during the 70’s and why these programs were needed. Moreover, watch a copy of the video that I included in the package, I sent on February 7, 2025.
President Trump, as I mentioned to you in the letter that I sent you on February 7, 2025, the statement “Make America Great Again” means different things to different people. To some it means to bring back the “Good Ole Boys Network.” It is imperative that you make it very clear to the People in America exactly what you mean. You must demonstrate this resolve in your speech and your action.
President Trump, you are not alone! Most Americans need a course in human relations. As I pointed out in my last communication; instead of ending the support of Federal Diversity Programs, there must be more comprehensive diversity programs to increase the awareness and involvement of all Americans working towards that end.
There must be a plan that addresses the problems facing African Americans, Hispanics, Asian Americans, Native Americans, and the poor, to include “poor Whites” by mobilizing the communities throughout the United States to work together in creating a new conscience, direction, spirit of togetherness, and team effort that will lead to a more caring, sharing and loving people. The by-product will be a People with self-control, and respect for one another, and a People having the sense of urgency and awareness to fulfill their responsibilities to this end. This resolve will help Make America Great Again. Years ago, I wrote a plan that was designed to help bring Dr. King’s dream to fruition. I have enclosed a copy of a book that I wrote titled: “The Power Pack: 101 Points to Social and Economic Justice.” Surely, some of the data in this work is dated; however, it could be updated and implemented throughout the nation to help Make America Great Again.
President Trump, you are the only President who has expressed the resolve to make Dr. King’s dream a reality in their inaugural address. To make Dr. King’s dream a reality, it takes a plan. The Point Pack; 101 Points to Social and Economic Justice has already been prepared. However, some of the statistical data needs to be updated. President Trump, this plan has been on the shelf since, 911. GOD, directed me to put it on the shelf to focus on helping to bring the nation back within his counsel. Since that time, I have been working to that end. As I mentioned to you in the past, I wrote President Bush 13 times, President Obama more than 30 times, President Biden 5 times, and I wrote you more than 20 times during your past administration. All those revelations have come to pass. I will continue to share as GOD directs me. As I have mentioned to you that GOD has called you to sweep things clean. I have also posted an article on our website that explains this revelation.
Now, I am sharing this plan with you because you have expressed the resolve to work to make Dr. King’s dream come true. The Spirit of the LORD inspired me to write The Power Pack: 101 Point to Social and Economic Justice. Now I am being inspired by GOD to share it with you in the name of JESUS. I have enclosed a DVD of the video; I will share it with the public, after you make it clear that you truly want to work to bring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream to fruition.
President Trump, today I am 75 years old. Most of my awakening hours and resources since 911 have been consumed in writing and preparing communications to the leadership of the nation and to the leadership of the Church. President Trump, I pray in the name of JESUS that you will take note of this personal counsel from GOD that is contained within this communication. I pray in the name of JESUS for your protection as you work to help Make America Great Again.
