President George W. Bush
The White House
Washington, D. C. 20500
Dear Mr. President:
I am a Prophet of God. The prayers of God’s people have been answered. We have asked for answers and a peaceful solution to this crisis. God has given me His word to give to you, other leaders, and His people around the world. Isaiah, Chapter 11 explains the role that God has given me in this crisis. I pray that you will receive this message because the consequences are too grave, if you should rush to shed innocence blood.
Mr. President, God revealed to me this destruction and the United States preparing for war on September 10, 2001. Moreover, 30 days prior, God gave me an assignment to prepare the attached work. I told three people about this revelation on September 10, 2001. They included two military retirees (one of the retirees was a colonel) and I also told my bride to be. Several people can verify my work on the Righteousness of God, 30 days prior to the destruction of the World Trade Center.
The message that God wants me to give you is not smooth to your ears; however, it is the word of God. The terrorism that we are experiencing in America is the fruit of the leaders of the United States trust in oppression and perverseness. Isaiah 30:12-13 explains why the World Trade Center was destroyed. “(12) Wherefore thus saith the Holy one of Israel, because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness and stay thereon: (13) Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.” This was first written for Judah; however, God’s righteousness is forever. Therefore, the same standard applies to America today for trusting in oppression and perverseness. Isaiah 9:16 states, “For the leaders of His people cause them to err; and they that led of them are destroyed.” The leaders of America are also responsible for the death of these people who were killed on September 11, 2001. It is imperative that we understand the part we have played in this destruction and take action to ensure that it never happens again.
We cannot win this war with our military might, because we created the bad fruit. Some have ripened, some have not ripened. And the more military might we employ, the more bad seeds we will plant. Page 40 of the attached book outlines specific commands that you must follow to secure this land and to help bring about peace to the world. Below is a quote from the word of God that God gave to me.
FOR PRESIDENT BUSH EYES ONLY
“Recall your planes, ships, and My people. Remove all unjust sanctions against countries around the world. Rewrite your trade agreements to ensure that they are fair to the workers. End your eagerness to shed innocent blood. Seek out the bad fruit that has now ripened. Apply just laws to all suspects that are still alive, that were involved in the planning and operation of the terrorist attack on America. Do not prosecute the innocent.
Bad fruits that have not ripened treat them with care, love, and understanding, because you helped create them. Change your hearts and take on a new resolve to end oppression and perverseness. Thus, you will end the terrorism in America if you turn to me. … If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
These are not my words, but this is the word of God. Nevertheless, I understand His reasons for giving you each of these commands. Let’s discuss the reason he gave the command “Recall your planes, ships, and My people.” Millions of God’s people in Afghanistan are being terrorized by the threats of war by the United States. Thousands will die if the United States maintains this act of terrorism. Mr. President, we are only adding sin to sin. God looks at the 300 millions dollar efforts, your form of righteousness, as filthy rags. Turn to God. The United States cannot win this war with military might. We must understand that we have created this bad fruit by our trust in oppression and perverseness instead of taking counsel from God. Mr. President, you do not understand - you are battling with God.
Mr. President, we cannot win this war by supporting the northern forces in Afghanistan as they fight Taliban and the other measures that you have outlined. We have created far too much bad fruit around the world to resolve this problem using this strategy. It will only make matters worse and more bad seeds will be planted. However, if we humble ourselves, turn to God, and change our wicked ways, we will cutoff the nutriment that gives life to terrorism.
Mr. President, now hear this! “Come ye near unto me, hear ye this: I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord God, and His Spirit, hath sent me. Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, I am the Lord Thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea.” (Isaiah 48:16-18) “In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear; and from terror; for it shall not come near thee. (Isaiah 54:14) Mr. President, turn to God, seek his counsel, and these promises will become a reality in America.
I pray that you do not take this communication lightly. I have shared a copy of this work with the following Servants of God: (1) Dr. Billy Graham (2) Dr. Paul Crouch (3) Dr. Oral Roberts (4) Pastor Charles Blake, Dr. Robert Schuller, and Elder Robert Richmond. Mr. President, if you fail to take counsel of God, there will be nowhere for you and other leaders to run. I pray that you will make the correct decision.
Mr. President, I have a divine intelligence-gathering network with God. God has been revealing His secrets with me for years, however, until now I had not accepted the call as one of His Prophets. God is using me as His mouthpiece to smite the earth with the rod of my mouth, and with the breath of my lips to slay the wicked. (See Isaiah Chapter 11.)
FOR PRESIDENT BUSH’S EYES ONLY
President Bush, the United States is not walking within the counsel of God. Isaiah Chapter 30 says, “ (1) Woe to the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin, (2) That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt! (3) Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.” Today may nations get their strength from the Government of the United States and they trust in the shadow of the United States. Consequently, today the world is in a state of confusion. We are leading the world in the path of destruction.
Mr. President if your goal is to bring an end to terrorism, take counsel of God and follow His instructions. If you should adhere to the word of God, you will be able to bring an end to terrorism, and then stimulate economic growth. Moreover, your example of strong leadership in the sight of God will return safety back to our schools in America. Besides, these positive factors, nations at war around the world will seek peace. Truly, God will heal this land.
Mr. President, I am an American. I will continue to fight for the flag for which it stands, one nation, under God... God has chosen me to be his mouthpiece. I pray that America will continue to prosper. However, I realize for this to occur, we must change and seek counsel of God. There are some painful words contained in this letter. Nevertheless, they are from God. I am not an enemy of America for I am an American, an American fighting man. However, I know how to best serve God, my country and people around the world. Therefore, I must obey the commands of God.
Praying that America’s Leaders would turn to God,
Elmore Richmond Jr.
