It is important to note that He built only one Holy Temple of God – nevertheless, each saint of God is An Holy Temple; however by the Spirit we are compacted fitly framed together to build one Holy Temple of God. It is important to understand this fellowship because it is through this process only, you can obtain a habitation with God. Apostle Paul explains this fellowship in Ephesians chapter three. Paul explains that he was charged to preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; (9) And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: (10) To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, (11) According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: (12) In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
At Ephesians 3:16-21, Apostle Paul brings more light regarding this revelation. Let us read: (16) That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; (17) That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, (18) May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; (19) And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God. (20) Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, (21) Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”
Understanding of the Revelation - Saints Compacted Together in One Holy Temple of God
Saints compacted together onto one another therefore we must be able to get alone with one another. To that end, the word of God has given us instructions. At Ephesians 4:1-3 Paul writes, “I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, (2) with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; (3) Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” At Philippians 2:1-4, Paul says, “If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, (2) Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. (3) Let nothing be done through strife of vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. (4) Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.”
Now let us turn our attention back to the subject – Stature of the fullness of Christ – Yes it is important to see Jesus as the BRANCH. Zechariah 6:12-13 says, “And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD: (13) Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.” Yes the Church is the Body of Christ and Christ is the head of the Body – Thus the Church is an Holy Temple of God. We are tasked to make the Bride of Christ ready. Therefore, we must do God’s will and work to make the unity of the faith a reality. Thus we speak the truth in love. Ephesians 4:15-16 says, “But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
The Holy Spirit gave Apostle Paul these words to share in love for our admonition. Philippians 2:12-15 says, “Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. (13) For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. (14) Do all things without murmurings and disputings: (15) That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world.”
It is imperative that each saint eat the words of God recorded in Ephesians chapter four to understand this fellowship with God. Instructions are given to make each saint a new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Let us meditate on some of these instructions as recorded in Ephesians 4:25-32.
(25) Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
(26) Be ye angry, and sin not: Let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
(27) Neither give place to the devil.
(28) Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands and the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
(29) Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
(30) And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
(31) Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
(32) And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
Yes it is imperative to eat the words of God as recorded in the book of Ephesians. There are more instructions given in Ephesians chapter five. The Holy Spirit has instructed me to continue to let His words flow.
