How do we know whether a doctrine is truly from GOD? In a world filled with countless Bible versions, conflicting teachings, denominational traditions, theological opinions, and academic interpretations, JESUS gave the Church a simple but powerful test. In John 7:16-18, JESUS revealed how believers can determine whether doctrine is of GOD or originates from men. The Apostle Paul reinforced this warning in Galatians 1:8-9. Apostle Paul wrote Galatians in A. D. 49, he declared, even if an angel from heaven preached another gospel unto the Saints, they should reject it. This scripture is time-sensitive; the Apostle Paul even included himself, in case he should come with another doctrine in the future.
