President George W. Bush

The White House

Washington, D. C. 20500

Dear Mr. President:

If you have not received any of the communications that I have sent to you since 9/11, I pray that God will have mercy on the ones who thwart the communications, but woe to the ones who prevent this complete file from reaching your hands.  I have written you eight other times as God has directed me.  In those communications, I have informed you that the United States was out of the counsel of God and gave you revelations.  All revelations have come to past, except the revelations that were in the final warning.   God has given us grace with a window of opportunity for this nation to repent from our current rush to shed innocent blood and our trust in oppression and perverseness; I pray that we will take heed.  Mr. President, you are the one that has been given by Congress to make the final decision regarding this war.  Although Congress has not declared war according to the Constitution of the United States, moreover the majority of America is against this war.  Therefore, if we should engage in this war, this war will be known as Bush’s war, a war that was waged outside the counsel of God.  Mr. President, you have said that you have sought the help of God, but you are still outside of His counsel.  Surely, I am one of His prophets, and our Living God reveals his secrets to His servants the prophets.  Therefore, it is my calling to help guide you back to the counsel of God.

Mr. President, terrorism is not a new threat to America and since I have heard your explanations it is apparent that you have not learned the real lessons from 9/11.  In the early 1970’s we experienced terrorism within our military.  There were fire bombings, buildings set aflame, U. S. military buildings taken over by our own military members, and we called them militants.  Moreover, these so-called militants, members of our armed services waged war from within against the United States.  I was in the Air Force at that time; the Air Force created an organization known as Social Actions to address this deadly internal war.  In 1976, I was hand picked by Headquarters TAC to go to England Air Force Base, Louisiana on the heels of the fire bombing of the Wing Commander’s car, the Base Commander’s car, and after an incident whereby a black Staff Sergeant had taken over the Command Post with an M-16.  I was assigned there after these incidents to discover root causes, prevent other incidents from reoccurring, and to help to improve the human relations climate.  I successfully achieved all objectives.  One of the lessons learned was when commanders engaged in oppressive and perverse policies it lead to the creation of these so-called militants.

While in the Air Force, I was quite effective in resolving these types of problems.  The problems that the United States is experiencing today has the same foundations.  They are the fruits of our trust in oppression and perverseness.  These were the roots of the problems that we experienced on our military bases. Moreover, these are the same roots that cause the riots that we experienced during the 1960’s in many of our cities throughout the United States.  Today, the terrorism that we are experiencing is based on the same roots, however on an international scale.  Consequently, if we fail to address the root causes, we will continue to experience terrorism and many breaking points.

Turing your attention back to the word of God, in Isaiah Chapter 30, 12 - 13.  “Wherefore thus said the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:  Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall. Swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.  Mr. President, this nation has been trusting in oppression and perverseness, therefore the terrorism that we are experiencing is the fruit of our trust in oppression and perverseness.  Mr. President you did not create this problem, however, now since you are the President of the United States your actions and the actions of God’s people are being observed by God.

President Bush, you must learn from the word of God.  The example of the King of Nineveh is a good example.  I ask that you review Jonah Chapter 3.   In Chapter 3, it shows how the King of Nineveh humbled himself after he was told by the Prophet of God of God’s judgment of his city.  The King and the people of Nineveh repented.  Chapter 3:10 says, “And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.”  Romans 15:4 reminds us that whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning.  Mr. President, learn from the word of God.

Mr. President, God has issued you His final warning.  This communication is designed to let you know that the communications I have sent you are from Him.  The following event provides you even more evidence that God is with me and has sent these messages to you.  On March 5, 2003, God revealed to me destruction of a building that had a tower. The destruction was great.  The building came down like the World Trade Center, however, it appeared to be in a residential neighborhood because I saw framed houses in the area.  Moreover, there were many electrical power lines.  These power lines were falling and people in the area were fleeing for their lives.  This appeared to be an accident. This will happen shortly.  I pray that you will review the enclosed communications and take heed.  Your actions will either bless or curse this nation.  Remember Mr. President, like God watched the King of Nineveh and the people of that city; the same God is watching us.  I pray that you will humble yourself and take action as recorded on page 40 of the enclosed book, which is the same message that God gave me in the first letter that I wrote you on October 6, 2001.  The message is below:

“Recall your planes, ships, and My people.  Remove all unjust sanctions against countries around the world.  Rewrite your trade agreements to ensure that they are fair to the workers. End your eagerness to shed innocent blood.  Seek out the bad fruit that has now ripened.  Apply just laws to all suspects that are still alive, that were involved in the planning and operation of the terrorist attack on America.  Do not prosecute the innocent.  Bad fruits that have not ripened treat them with care, love, and understanding, because you helped create them.  Change your hearts and take on a new resolve to end oppression and perverseness.  Thus, you will end the terrorism in America if you turn to me.  … If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

In God’s Final warning, God showed me that if will continue in our rush to shed innocent blood by going to war with Iraq, we will experience much destruction by fire and this nation will suffer economically to point that our standards of living will be lowered and it will affect all.  Moreover, the United States of America will no longer be the super power.

 Sincerely yours,

 Elmore Richmond Jr.
