President George W. Bush
The White House
Washington, D. C. 20500
Dear Mr. President:
Reference my letters December 2, 2002 and December 20, 2003, in those letters I conveyed to you that floods and destructive winds that had impacted America were only an example of what we would experience if we continue to place our trust in oppression and perverseness. We are witnessing these revelations, moreover, we will continue to experience calamity after calamity until we hearten to God’s word; we must not play with God, for God knows our hearts.
There is a provision in Deuteronomy 18:21-22 that provides a test to see if a prophet speaks for God. The scriptures say, “And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken? When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.” Mr. President, commence the test like Pastor Rodgers of Straight Church of Jackson, Tennessee, a city that is now in crisis because of the damages of the destructive winds.
On April 6, 2003, I shared with Straight Way Church in Jackson, Tennessee various revelations that God had revealed to me. After I shared these revelations, Pastor Rodgers asked me to share with him the next revelation that God reveals to me because he wanted to watch for it. On April 7, I sent Pastor Rodgers a copy of the communications that I had sent you. Then on April 9, 2003, God revealed to me the following revelation. (I shared it with Pastor Rodgers on April 9, 2003)
“God showed me people with very little cash in their pockets and youth and adults were competing for the same few jobs. Then a lady in a crowd warned me that the stores owners should secure their goods. I asked her why? She replied look around you. I was in a black community; I saw hundreds of black people standing around looking for something to do. I immediately woke up; it was about 6:00 A.M.”
Pastor Rodgers was able to witness this vision come to past in Jackson, Tennessee. Besides this vision, the vision regarding the destructive winds has also come to past. Let us review some tornado facts. The average number of tornadoes that we experience in the month of November is 30. However, over one weekend in November 2002, we experienced 77. Moreover, the average number of tornadoes that we experience in the month of May is 180, however, in the first seven days in May 2003, we experienced 395. These calamities are a measured response from God. (Jeremiah 30:11, Isaiah 27:8) Mr. President, listen carefully and learn from these scriptures. “Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine! Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing shall cast down to the earth with the hand. The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet:” (Isaiah 28:1-3)
Mr. President, as I have informed you in the pass, God revealed to me the tornadoes in November, weeks before they happened. Moreover, God reveals to me floods when rain is not even in the forecast, fires before the sparks, planes been shot down before they are schedule to fly. If you do no believe that I am one of God’s Prophet, I encourage you to follow the provision that is outlined in Deuteronomy 18:21-22. Here is your next opportunity for you to see if I am a prophet of God.
The Visions of the next Tornadoes to hit Jackson
May 31, 2003 - In a dream I received a report that a tornado was headed for Jackson, Tennessee. I woke up immediately. However, after I awoke, I noticed that the television was still on, so I questioned the creditability of the dream.
June 1, 2003 - after studying the word of God and prior to retiring for the night, I asked God to make it clear to me regarding the dream about the tornadoes’ warning for Jackson. While asleep, God revealed to me in a vision, tornadoes approaching. The site that I saw the tornadoes approaching reminded me of Muse Park here in Jackson. I recalled watching a large tornado, on the ground; a baseball diamond was between the tornado and my location as I watched the storms. Besides, the tornado on the ground there were another funnel cloud that had not hit the ground. Next while I was still in a vision, I recalled that I tried to determine exact location of the storm. As I surveyed the area, I remember seeing a structure made of sheet metal. Then I woke up immediately. This was more than a dream; it was as if I was actually there. This will come to past shortly, I believe that it will happen here in Jackson, Tennessee within thirty days. After this happens, the people in Jackson, Tennessee will be more willing to hear from God and to make Jackson a “Hub City for God.”
On June 2, 2003, I went to Muse Park in Jackson; I have confidence that Muse Park was the sight in the vision where I saw the tornado on the ground and the funnel cloud. Moreover, I believe that the sheet metal structure that I saw in the vision is a church, Jackson Family Worship Center that is near the park on Parkway. I pray that the Lord will have mercy on this place.
I must remind you again; the terrorism that we are experiencing in America is the fruit of our trust in oppression and perverseness. We must understand this. I have provided you messages from God over the past year to no avail. Mr. President, I love America and I want America to continue to be a strong nation for another two hundred years. I pray that you will adhere to this message. May God Bless America and protect innocent people around the world.
Sincerely yours,
Elmore Richmond Jr.
A Prophet of God in the Name of Jesus Christ
